James W.B. is in town here in Ann Arbor visiting family over the holidays and we finally got to get together for some guitar fun.

James lives in Nashville and brought along his very cool OOO slot head.  This is an excellent guitar and I really enjoyed playing it.  It is also set up perfectly and was a dream to play.

Next I put James through the drill here as he sampled the Heshtone inventory.......

James and I are also getting together next week after Christmas and hope to meet some other local OLFers.

The high point of the visit for me beyond meeting James is that James sings and not only does he sing he has about the best voice that I have ever heard!!!  It was amazing to listen to him and Sony fell asleep right next to him.  When I sing Sony cries and growls........

James won't have Internet access for a while so his impressions will come next week.

Many thanks for looking and remember - never miss out on an opportunity to meet a fellow OLFer - you will have a GREAT time!!!

Hey Hesh and James, You are right, it's always fun to meet with other guitar luthing afficianados. Did I spell that right. Sony and James and your guitars all look great.

James reminds me of a good friend and doctor here in town. James appears to be in really great physical condition. James do you work out?

Thanks for the pictures Hesh, what great looking instruments. Happy Holidays to one and all.

Hmmmm...let's see...

Plays the guitar... sings real well... hails from Nashville...

Bears a striking resemblance to Chet Atkins...

Anybody else see a pattern emerging here?

Hesh, next time you see "James W.B."   will you get his autograph for me?

Sounds like you guys had fun!

Merry Christmas to you and yours!

Dave Sony is used to being abused by my singing so he was really glad that James was singing instead.....  No Smoke on the water though, James treated me to a number of original tunes that were all just superb.  James needs to cut an album!

JR thanks buddy I was kind of thinking the same thing....  Merry Christmas to you and yours as well!

Bruce buddy it was a great time and we are getting together Wednesday and visiting with David Collins and hopefully a few other area OLFers if they are available.
