Dave you did a great mod on your William's/Fleishman jig that includes a turntable on the router base plate.  A couple of us are looking for info on this and can't find it in the archives.  Would you lend a hand please.

Colin if I recall yours has this mod too?

Many thanks!

Hesh,

It's here on my website. Coiln did it slightly neater and he might chip in here.

Stan,

I bought it over here in England from Issac Lord. I think it is the 150mm x 150mm one shown here. I'm sure there are similar ones in theUS. The hole in the middle of the Lazy Susan bearing needed to be big enough for me to mount the Makita Laminate trimmer base inside - hopefully the website pictures make it clear.

Yes I'll be forever in Dave's debt for his modification, it meant I could keep using the Downsut bit in the Williams jig. I just copied the design off Dave's website.

Like Dave said I also used a 150mm bearing to mount my DeWalt trimmer. The trimmer fitted just fine, just had to replace a large knob for the up and down motion on the bearing with a screw, you can see it on the right of the second picture.

Here's some pictures, they are already here on the forum somewhere.

The only modification I've made since this is to round the corners off on the poly.

Colin
