I'm using some Waverly slothead tuners for the first time and am having a slight problem. All of the side screws except one are holding the tuners fine but on one hole the drill must have wandered slightly and the hole is slighty too large allowing this tuner to slip slighty under string pressure. What's the best thing to fill the hole with to make a good base for a new screw hole? They are in mahogany. Thanks. |

Dave, I'd drill it out slightly larger glue a plug of mahogany in, or any available hardwood, then re-drill the hole. Colin |

What Colin said but don't go too big and use mahogany if thata's what you used for the neck. |
