I have an order for a parlor guitar and want to throw out some questions, having never built one.  The guitar is for a blues player who currently owns a Larrivee parlor guitar (24" scale length) that he really likes.  The guitar he wants built is a flat top the same body shape, scale length, etc. as the laravee, but with a tailpiece instead of a fixed bridge.  My question is: does anyone know of available plans for an instrument like this? Also, I plan to use ladder bracing and am concerned about the optimum amount of top deflection given the neck angle and string load.  Does anyone have information or data on this that can be used as a benchmark?  Any other info or experience with parlor guitars would be helpful...
