How are we doing on wrapping up the swap meet? How much longer do we need to keep this thread around?

No hurry, but we need to tidy up shop before we think about the cut over to the new system

(there are still a lot of things yet to do to the new environment... so don't get in a hurry just yet.)

All done, awaiting payment info to pay my fee.

Thanks Lance and Brock for hosting the swap meet another huge success.

I think lots of folks got stuff they liked and others sold stuff they didn't need. My plan was to only sell, but swapping became a part of the deals this time. Worked great.

Last of the shipments are going out today except those few which have multiple custom cuts to do and are willing to wait until I return from Atlanta. I don't believe I need the swap thread any longer.

Thanks so much for hosting the "meet" and I hope it brought in enough OLF $$ to cover some management costs.

Brock-
I'm still waiting for shipping cost and payment info for some stuff I bought from one vendor in the first 10 minutes of the sale, so perhaps you should leave things for a while longer.
I've sent a couple of pm messages with contact info, etc but haven't heard anything back, yet.
Like selling on eBay, the real work is packing everything up and shipping; I assume my vendor just has a pile of stuff to do.

Cheers
John
PS- My first package from the swap meet came through the door yesterday- thanks, Max!

I also have one order that I need to get final cost and paypal info from the vendor so it might be a good thing to keep it up a little longer.  I believe the vendor is buried in work right now so I expect I will get the info in short order when he gets a free minute.

I, too, have one purchase that is not finalized yet.  Awaiting shipping costs, but I don't know if we need the thread.  Will it be accessible in the archive, for reference purposes?

Ok.

Bruce (and others) on the fee... it turns out this is probably much harder for us to calculate ... why don't you tally everything up and let us know. This is pretty informal, just send me or Lance a PM. Thanks.

Brock, can you repeat the fee scale?

I posted my tally, computed the fee, just don't know where to send it.

I got most of my stuff already, I'm just waiting for some tone wood from the Zootman. I know hes sent out some people's zoot already, so I should be getting mine soon.

Great swap meet! I had a ton of fun.

Wood is almost all shipped, tying up loose ends.

I had to send someone down to Bill Greene's house to *collect* what he owed me. So most of the payments are in...Don Williams39386.6922685185

I am done with the swap meet from a seller's end but I'm still waiting for another seller to give me a shipping total for stuff I bought. I'll send a PM with the seller's fees that I owe you.

Thanks-

Still waiting to confirm one shipment to receive, and a couple others that I sent (Shane?  Ken?).

But really....I'd like to retain the use of that "edit" button a little longer....

Great swap meet!

Brock and Lance - Thank you so much for the great time had by all!

I am still allowed in the house.

Maybe not when she sees the bill....  At least it is spread over ten or twelve invoices/payments.

To all who sold and bought:  Happy Building!

To Hesh:  I'm still waiting on my autographed picture....... NOT!

Brock,
There are a couple checks in the mail heading my way, but I went ahead and shipped everything, so I don't really need access to the swap(I assume you are going to archive it and it would be available if anyone ever needs to look at something again). You and I have already squared up on the fees. So I think I am done with this one , sure was a lot of packing though .

Peace,Rich

Brock, Happy Birthday!

Thanks again for your efforts and Lance's to make it all happen.

I shipped the last package yesterday, so my thread will no longer be needed in a day or two (to give the last buyer a chance to re-check the photos and description, if desired.)

I have paid Lance the Swap Meet seller's fee. The fat lady's vocal cords are shot.

I am looking forward to seeing the wood come to life as guitars!

Gee, according to his profile, he's only 3 2/3 years old.  Pretty advanced for his age.

Happy Birthday, Brock, and many happy Reruns!
