Hi all, I'm in need to borrow or buy a Dremel bit with a 1/16" cutter for a rosette I'm working on. It is a sapelle inlaid into a Lutz top. I just think it needs purfling to clean it up. Does anyone have one they can spare? I can swap some headplate woods or something.... I'm working on my brother's 50th birthday gift. |

Terry, I don't have you for you, you can buy them from Stew-Mac (you may know this already though) |

Terry, try this: 1/16" cutter Or look around J&L for something you like better. Good source for this kind of stuff. |

I'm a huge fan of these bits from Micromark. fiah tail router bits I've used them in a dremel for cutting brace pockets in linings, in a drill press for cutting saddle slots in ebony and in a router for rosettes. No tearout - even in the usual problem spots when cutting rosette channels. Bob K |
