Wasn't Addam Stark supposed to ship it to you, like, 3 months ago?
Bruce? Might be time for a phone call.

Link to the email he sent Aug 26.

There is a phone number. I'm up to my neck in Bass Guitar setups, should you like to call for the group. Thanks, Bruce

From Addam this morning,

Hey paul, good to here from you. The guitar is just
fine, I was sure I emailed bruce. My guy that works
for me was resanding the neck because it was sinking
around the inlay and he got a good burn on the peghead
overlay. I fixed it and I will buff out he repair,
box the guitar and get it in the mail to Tim by the
end of the day. Sorry for the huge wait on this
thing. Talk Soon.
