I just wanted to say Thank you to Hesh for the HHG tutorials that he put together.

After reading the tutorials I decided to try using HHG.

Last night I heated a bottle and put it in the fridge overnight and woke up this morning to reheat and glue on the bridge.

I must say that just like in Hesh's tutorials, the squeeze out clean up was a breeze. Almost too easy. I have not put string tension to the bridge yet since it's still in clamps, but based on what I've seen from a test piece that I've glued and on how easy it is to work with, I will definitely be using HHG whenever possible.

Thanks again Hesh for taking the time to put together such informative tutorials.

I have to admit, HHG was a bit intimidating before reading your tutorials and actually trying it for myself.

I strung up the guitar today and the bridge is holding great (so far anyway)

But I can't officially say that my #1 is finally finished until I post some pictures up here.
Hopefully I can get those done tomorrow!

I'm ready to start on #2 and even more eager now that I have some HHG to use.

(although I must say that now you've got me a little worried about setting my guitar on fire)

Do not play with matches around your guitar, Blain, and do not use it as an ash tray!

I like HHG too, and I would also recommend that you try Fish Glue, as well.  It is even easier to use, and provides the same kind of results.  I find myself reaching for it all the time.  I bought one of the small bottles with a little brush in it, like nail polish, and I am constantly going for it to make a repair or do a quick glue up of some small item.
