'was lucky enough to come to own a Fylde this week, something i've wanted to do since i first came into contact with one 12 or so yrs ago. Its a Goodfellow model, nice and simple, it feels really old school.
This is a beautiful thing, it really feels alive. My sadness at my thwarted hiking trip to Norway this week has been totally offset by the arrival of this beauty!
I dont remember seen bracing pass right through the x's on anything for a while - but it works a treat. check it out (appologies for blurry pics):

Curtis, That is so cool!

I can see where that cam could come in real handy for lots of things!

Repair jobs, for one.

Thanks for sharing

its an awesome repair tool, all thanks to Frank Ford yet again.
we offer a thing here where a customer can get loads of pics emailed to to them of the inside of the guitar for insurance reasons. Came in amazingly handy on a tenor Regal with all 4 braces loose. I had it jigged upside down, with rare earth clamps ready and a 300mm length of capilliary tube stretching down into the 60mm soundhole to precision glue that bad boy. I worked of the screen using the spycam, i felt like some kind of big shot that day!
