Paul SuperSoft is originally designed for veneer use. So I assume the directions are written accordingly. What do I do different than stated on the instructions as it pertains to sides at .08-.09" |

Spray it on good and heave. LET IT DRY COMPLETELY!!! I made the mastake once of using it as I would the spritz and put it in the bender wet. It made the most horrible splotches and stains that didn't sand out. Once dry, you can respritz with water and won't have any problems. I think there's glycerine in it has to absorb into the pores. I haven't done and apples to apples test to see if it really makes a difference but I've bent some pretty insane quilt into a 2" cutaway and didn't even have lifting. |

BTW: I wouldn't consider myself an authority on the subject. This method has worked for me which is why I'm sharing it with you. Maybe we should wait for the Voice Of Experience to chime in and tell us how it SHOULD be done. |
