Hi all, does anyone know if GuitarJigs.com is still in business and selling stuff? I'd like to order some hot hide glue and bottles from them.

Thanks

Anthony--Homestead Finishing might be a source for bottles and hide glue.

Didn't Guitar Jigs become Sound Salon and no longer offers the jigs.  And aren't they the ones who authorized Rod to make the Troji plans public domain?

AZ I get my bottles from US Plastics, they are on the web, very cheap, nice bottles, etc.  Also beauty supply places sell these bottles too but put on your pink hair hat and shades prior to going in one so no one recognizes you.......  That is what I do when I go to the fabric store for bias tape.....

My glue came from LMI, smaller quantities, same stuff that everyone sells, and a little goes a long way.  I bought 3 of the LMI containers and have not used half of one yet and generally mix up twice the glue I need and pitch lots of it.  I would suspect that one LMI container could build 10 guitars.

And brother JJ would remind you to use distilled water to delay the growth of mold.
