I just wanted to say thanks to Brock and everyone involved in this years swap meet. I do realize how much work, time, money, and wood that has been put into this. I'm sure that at some point Brock has had to of scratched his head and wonder why he would put himself through this. Man, it has been worth it. It's been an absolute blast. I also wanted to thank all of the vendors that have been so generous. They have gotten just as carried away as the buyers. It definitely makes it exciting. I've been a complete addict! Buyers have been offering incredible pieces at prices that barley cover their costs, at best. I've been glued to the screen at all hours. I AM ADDICTED. Whenever I think that I'm done buying, either Larry or Rich ,or someone else throws up a deal that can't be ignored. My wife is going to kill me, maybe not kill, but maimed me. But it's been worth it, no question. Thanks again to everyone involved, but especially Brock, who was kind enough to make it all happen. Here's to you-----Snick

Even though I blew my six months of my hobby budget on primer and paint to rehab the outside of my house I had a blast drooling over the fantastic deals. It also did my heart good to see it done in such a positive manner.

I've gotta second that!  Thank you Lance and Brock.  I know it took a lot of work to make the swap meet happen and it is much appreciated by guys like me who benefit by the generosity of the sellers a couple of times a year.  Even though I more than double spent my self imposed budget , I came out of this swap meet with nothing but great feelings for breaking the bank.

Also, a big thank you goes out to all of the sellers who were willing to cut their prices to give us all such great deals.  I for one am thrilled that you guys were willing to do this for us.

Now, anyone got any ideas of how to intercept the CC statement next month from my wife?

I pay mine off every month.... that still doesn't absolve me of the 'conversation' that is bound to happen.

Glad you enjoyed it, and I appreciate your comments.

You are certainly right... these are a lot of work.. but they are also a lot of fun.
