Hi Larry,

I'll take curly Mahogany set "G", because I know it will make a stunningly gorgeous guitar. However, I have already scored some nice wood here at the swap meet, so I'll tell you what I'd like to do:

When John How sees this set tomorrow morning, I'd like to give him a shot at it first. If he declines, wrap it up for me!

Thanks!

Dennis

Well, it's 4:03 am, and I just got up again after tossing and turning for several hours. Bad case of WAS. I needed to see if the photo of the curly Mahogany was as nice as what I was visualizing.

Once this swap meet is over, I'm going to find a 12-step meeting for WAS...

I'm going to stick with what I said, because John specifically asked Larry for figured Honduras Mahogany, and I feel like a poacher if I don't give John a chance. Hey Larry, if you have a sister set to "G" for John, I'll take "G" and sleep like a baby.

Dennis

I have another, Dennis so I'll put your name on the "G" set.

I have no idea how this escaped from my Gallery Hardwoods thread...thought I was making a post there.

Thanks, Larry. I'm thrilled to get that set!

I suspect John is off doing something totally crazy, like building a guitar or something. You might want to PM or email him, to let him know that you can fulfil his request.

I'll PM you my address, and when you have time, you can get a total for me.

Take care,

Dennis
