im building a doubleneck in a teardrop shape with a 11. scale 12 string and a 19.1 scale 6 string. the idea came from the bandurah i play and i want to be able to play a six at the same time. both tuned in A. this is my first doubleneck and this is the brace pattern i decided upon. anybody else have experience with doublenecks that can offer some advice??

should be fine.

you don't need 2 soundholes, though it looks nice......

I'm Halfway through my second 6/12 doubleneck. The first was VERY EARLY in my building career and was a bit rough round the edges. hopefully this one will turn out tidier
