Post subject:  Titebond II or Titebond III

Gluing some purfling to some binding before bending them in a hot sidebending jig.
Which one (Titebond II or Titebond III) takes the heat bending better.
I've done this before, but I can't remember which one I used.

Titebond III. Works great for this application.

Second try, first post disappeared into cyber world.

I laughed when I saw this thread. Just bent Ebony bindings with side red purfling on the Fox bender that I glued up last night. With TB3. Went great.

I can't comment on the difference between TB II or III, but I use HHG for glueing up bindings and purfling. HHG will only release with heat AND moisture, so it works great for this application too.
