*UPDATE* Audio clips here: #26 got finished up this weekend and she's settling in nicely. Figured I would take some pics of her while she adjusts to her new life as a guitar. Bubinga B&S, Redwood top, Amazon RW fretboard and IRW bridge. Flamed maple appointments. EM6000 matte finish Lemme know if there are any questions! |

Well if it sounds anywhere near as good as it looks it's a winner. Is it a sinker top? How did you do that burst finish? |

Wow! I love a subtle burst like that. OLFers have been posting a lot of fantastic work here. |

The top was actually quite red/pink before finish. I sealed the guitar and then dyed some finish for the burst. Then I just did regular finish for the rest of the coats (last 2 or 3 were matte) |

Really nice ax! I am interested in the inlays on the fretboard. I don't know if you used a flash on your camera, but I can't clearly see what is happening there.. Also how deep is it at the tail and heel? |

Nothing special with the fretboard inlay, just maple inlayed into amazon rosewood. There is a thin black purfling line too. Tail Depth: ~4.5" Heel Depth: ~3.7" |

Looks great and sounds great Marcus! The full range of tone is certainly there to my ear. Thanks for posting the audio. |

Really nice sound, Marcus! Makes me also realize I need to get a player in here to record sound samples after completing an instrument. |
