Can anyone recommend a Luthier for a repair job in San Luis Obispo or anyone relatively close by It's a Tenor Uke that needs a Bridge reset.

This place will know of luthiers/repair people in your area.

The catch is, they might only know the very top-level luthiers who will charge you a lot.

If you have a valued instrument in need of repair, why would you be trying to avoid the top level luthiers?

Here is a link to the guitar instructor at Cal Poly. I think he could give you good advice.

You know David a Uke could easily and safely be sent pretty much anywhere with no damage. So you could send it to the Luthier of your choice.

PS: We are moving this month and next so that's not us we are on full stop for anything other than the daily bread and butter stuff.

Some builders have a lifetime warranty on bridge lifting. You might want to check with the builder.
