I Have persistent trouble with the sandpaper sliding on the drum and overlapping. I use Jet brand paper. Any suggestions?

Not that this is your problem, but I had that issue when I started winding the paper on from the wrong end of the drum.

I am not sure what is the wrong end. I can only get a pliers in on the outboard end to try to pull the paper tight in the clamp. So, I start on the inboard end.
