Hey folks,

I'm curious if anyone has seen an outline of body shapes similar to this image but not stacked on top of each other? This one is typical Gibson bodies and there is one for Martin as well. I'm not looking for dimensions, just the outline itself to compare to the output I'm getting from gthang.

On the Gibsons you have a major division of body shapes into the Small Jumbo type derived from earlier arch top shapes with what the boys always referred to as lifted lower bout lines/buttocks (first couple years of Nick Lucas/L-1 production, J-165/185/200) versus flattened lower bouts (L-1 after late 1928/29, Jumbo, J-35/45/50, AJ, etc.)...really the two major shape families in the Gibson line. Martin shapes split four ways... 1) 12 fret Size 5 to 000 and more recently 0000, 2) 12 fret dreadnought, 3) 14 fret 0, 00, 000, and more recently 0000/M/J, and 4) 14 fret dreadnought.

Good luck with the project.
