I know this has been discussed on the MIMF in the past, and probably here also. In dry conditions (indoor winter humidity) dampening the surfaces to be glued with superglue will help things stick faster. In more humid conditions it will pick up the water it needs from the air.
I don't think using superglue and titebond in combination without clamps (as he has shown)will give a very strong joint. I have used hot melt glue and 100% silicone to stick thing to the wall. The hot melt glue will eventually give out but the silicone will have set up by then and hold the work in place.
