Got a "General Error You are not allowed to access this file." when attempting to post on the repair forum - ?

Same message when attempting to delete the image attached (downloaded from Whataapp)
Got it - because it was "downloaded from another computer" according to file properties.- I ticked a box in "properties" of the original downloaded file which was preventing the upload.
