| Post subject: | Repair ideas to an acrylic neck template? |
My router took a few nibbles out of my mortise and tenon templates. These are the clear ones that StewMac sells. I was thinking fill with ca and file smooth, any other ideas for a repair? I’d really like to save it instead of replacing it. Thanks, |

You could solvent weld new pieces of acrylic into the divots with acetone. |

Yeah I always used to just drop fill with CA and file smooth.., |

I drilled some small holes in the damaged edge as anchoring points and used epoxy putty once. That was five or six years ago and it is holding. |

I have spliced in a tight fitting piece of plexi and used CA glue with success Paul |
