I tend to recycle the windex and household cleaner ones from home after a good rinse.
One trick to keep them working is a drop of oil in the piston/plunger under the trigger.

I use the spray bottles from Home Depot called Zep but good luck finding them these days. :D I think they are all at peoples homes full of bleach and whatever concoction they are coming up with to kill corona.

The spray bottle I got at ACE Hardware is good and the adjustable nozzle works really well.

+1. Dettol Surface Cleanser amongst the best.

The name catgut is confusing. There are two explanations for the mix up.

Catgut is an abbreviation of the word cattle gut. Gut strings are made from sheep or goat intestines, in the past even from horse, mule or donkey intestines.

Otherwise it could be from the word kitgut or kitstring. Kit meant fiddle, not kitten.

The spray bottles from the Garden Centre work really well.
They are heavy duty and last forever.

The local dollar stores have them for, well, a dollar. I haven't worn one out yet and I have kept 2 in the shop for perhaps 4 years

I tend to favor real Windex bottles. The off brands crap out on me too easily.

I've had good luck with the spray bottles sold for commercial use. I've found good ones at Home Depot, Lowe's, commercial paint suppliers and at Amazon.

I used to get this from USPlasitics but now they are so poorly made I use old windex bottles. The crap out of china has gotten to the point of being useless.
