A couple years ago I found a similar as on CL that was from the daughter of a luthier who had a stash of wood from the Gurian shop in the 70's. He went on to build violins and banjo's and the wood just sat around for decades. It wasn't a whole lot but it was a nice find. Sometimes you get lucky. I'm always looking at CL. |

FWIW I/ve found many more and better deals locally here on FB marketplace, for wood CL is passe here in the okc metro area.It varies from city to city KC MO was good for craigslist |
