Up until recently I didn’t install strap buttons on my builds. I had a customer buy 2 earlier this year for 2019 Christmas gifts that needed them installed, so I have them back home for that process. This is the first time I’ve had a guitar back in my hands.
It was nice to smile when I opened that case. Honestly they are better than I remembered them: I tend to be really hard on myself. it’s a different kind of experience to see things I poured so much into come back around.

I do notices some things I’ve improved at. Setup being one, and these will get a minor adjustment.
Anyway here is the dynamic duo. Both made from the same wood w matching hardware and appointments for a matching gift pair.
An OM and a L-0 style for the kid of the 2.

That is a nice story, and a good picture. It is very pleasing to see your work coming back again, in a good way!
It seems like I have been seeing a lot of 13 fret guitars recently. They happen to be my favourites. It might just be coincidence - but do you think they are coming a bit into fashion again?

For me it’s not as much that as it is bridge position:) for that particular guitar if just feels better to have the bridge up a bit:) plus since it’s shorter scale I like having a little extra room.
