I finished roughing in the setup a couple of hours ago. Tonight I’ll throw the Tonerite on and let it go for a few days. I sold 4 guitars last week. Time to restock the wall. |

What a lovely instrument! It does appear that you are starting to figure this guitar building thing out. |

Love that thing to death! Love the purfling, and the bold bridge profile. I am most impressed. |

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro I sold the first three when I was at Summer Acoustic Music Camp which is located about 10 miles south of Bremerton, WA. The other one, a Fan-fret, sold at a friends music store in Port Townsend, WA. Port Townsend has a very active music screen and their shop gets lots of traffic https://crossroads-music.com/ . The person who bought that instrument was from out of town. |

wow! That purfling work is wonderful, especially the back inlay. I wish I had the chops to justify even trying that. . . |

Mike Collins wrote: Beautiful ! How's it sound? Mike It sounded lovely right out of the box. I popped into the shop last night to give it another go after 12hrs on the Tonerite and it’s really lush and loud. I know a lot of folks poopoo the Tonerite. I find it does a great job of waking up a fresh instrument. I also tend to leave one running on whatever guitar is my current favorite. I own 3 of them. M |

I've looked at this more than a few times now and every time I see it, my jaw drops to the floor. Talk about raising the bar. |

Gorgeous work, Michael. Congrats on the sales, too? Couple of questions: What woods did you use in the rosette? (ebony? dyed maple?) The shape appears to be your own. Correct? |

Ed Haney wrote: Gorgeous work, Michael. Congrats on the sales, too? Couple of questions: What woods did you use in the rosette? (ebony? dyed maple?) The shape appears to be your own. Correct? The rosette is ebony, dyed american linden (.6mm from LMII), and black fiber. Yes, the body shape is my own though it is loosely based on Martin OM/000 numbers. That way I can run a stock-size case.
