I would like to add a couple of shell rings around the rosette on my current build. Could someone recommend a good source? So far my search hasn't turned up much. One offers a 14" pc for $26 plus $10 dollars shipping plus tax. Seems high, but this is my first time using it so I don't know. |

The sources I use are: http://www.dukeofpearl.com/ Larger quantities, Ablam Originator https://www.advancedshelltech.com/ Developed and Makes a flexible laminated called ZipFlex, a real pearl product http://www.luthiersupply.com/ Has lots of pre-made, all pearl shapes and pieces |

I buy everything I use from http://www.luthiersupply.com/ One nice little thing about Andy is that when I needed to ship a guitar across international boundaries he furnished all the required paper work for CITES |

+ 1 on rescue pearl. Also, for rosettes, consider http://orders.mopsupplies.com/p/9096618 ... 120mm.html I was happy with my recent order of paua rosette strips, and the price was excellent. The quality of the pre-cut diamonds I received was just OK, so I would recommend Rescue Pearl as a better source for those. |

The best prices I have found are from Australian Mother of Pear Co. It may not make sense if you are only buying small quantities because it does cost to ship from Australia. But I have have very good experiences with these people. |

Depaule of course! It's a great family run business. The product is first class and Andy's wife is a great cook. I just had dinner with them! |

I don't know Andy and his family personally, but he has always been helpful when I have contacted him about inlay materials, and his products are wonderful at reasonable prices. Hard to go wrong there. |

never had any problems importing from Australian Pearl Company. Their prices on lam sheets are much better than anywhere else. And frankly most of the places you are buying from are getting their products from them anyway. |
