This year will be the 47 th annual for this event . Have any of you attended, or shown your instruments there ? thanks

Man.... I used to attend regularly, but my knees won't take it anymore. If you haven't been, it's MUST GO at least once. Be advised, the real music is out in the camping areas away from the stages.

chris thank you . was down in guthrie ok on fri laying out the driveway from 3 car garage to workshop, do you know if luthiers showcase any of their instruments there , and is it worth presenting or showing ones work ???

I'm sure they do..... I met Grit Laskin there back in the late 70's....
I'd give them a call or send an email... Never hurts to ask about it.

They are very selective of who they let show. Steve Mason and Jim Triggs are 2 Lawrence people who usually have tables.
Chris is right most of the good music is in the campgrounds (the pecan grove) I never saw a reason to go to the walnut grove.
