I just ordered 4 Canton and 4 Domet buffing wheels from StewMac. There was no identification on them when I received them and they were all in the same box. Four of the wheels are a little whiter than the other four, that's all I can tell. Can someone tell me how to ID these wheels?

It should be pretty obvious just by feel -- the Domet is softer. The Domet also looks the same on both faces of the fabric. The Canton has 2-faced appearance -- smooth fabric on one face and a rougher canvas looking appearance on the other. Use the canton for medium compound and the domet for fine.
