So the sandpaper attachment clip,on my sander broke. Anyone know where to get replacement parts? Looked online but only found 'obsolete/sold out'.

I'm wondering, since many different brands are made in the same Chinese factories, if another company used the same drum/spring clip system?

Anyone have any info?

Call or email Delta directly, Ed. I did that once for planer parts, and they came through for me.

Take a pic and I will see if the supermax is similar.

I've also had good luck getting parts directly from Delta.

I've gotten delta parts new from eBay sellers too. Just search for the part number and see what pops up

The problem is the machine is discontinued and the parts obsolete...

I'm assuming you have tried an internet search for "Delta part number xxxxx" ? Sometimes the odd distributor might still have some parts. Since you probably already did that then finding a similar unit is your best bet.

What's wrong with duct tape? You're Canadian. I'm not really joking. I've used it because the ones on my General are so crappy.

I believe there are kits to convert it to hook and loop if you wanted. Perhaps Klingspore has the stuff.

Good suggestion Mike; I've used them for many a part that everyone else says is obsolete/unavailable.

Recently got a rocker cover for a 4 stroke string trimmer ($$), that everyone including the oem said was obsolete.

They were inexpensive, and shipped quickly. Without it the machine was unusable.

Renovo parts did the trick, got half a dozen, so should be good for a while. Even managed to install the thing properly. Guess the vacation is over:)
