Cool headstock design. I like how the angle at its end echoes the angle of the nut. Your shop looks pretty darned tidy, at least by my standards. I gotta ask. What is that paper tacked to the ceiling?

One of several Jay. That particular one is from the dark web - A list of top thickness (SS and classical) estimates against the specific wood MoE and S.G. based on Al Carruth's work.
