I'm going right past Stew Mac tomorrow, on the way home. Has anyone visited their facility? Is it even open for that? I couldn't find any encouragement for it.

I called them once and they basically said "we don't have a retail store but you're welcome to stop by".

I've picked up parts there in the past.

You walk into a very small lobby that has a window and a door into an office on the other end. Next to the window is a phone with a catalog next to it. You call, place your order just like usual, give them your CC number, and someone brings it out. I didn't try to force myself in to have a look around but it didn't seem like they were into that.

This was a couple years ago before they changed ownership & maybe things have changed.
