Hi Robbie, Would you use naptha to remove residue on both nitro and WB finish? As we know uvcurable finish is bullet proof so I won't ask about that... Best, Michael |

One trick that works, at least as a pre cleaning, is to hit the buff with a wheel rake and don't add more compound before your last pass. The cleaned wheel pulls the vast majority right off the surface and leaves very clean surface behind. |

It makes sense to clean the grit off the guitar. But what about the buffing wheels? there will be some residual left in those. Are you hitting it with a rake, changing wheels or???? |
