Hi Robbie,

Would you use naptha to remove residue on both nitro and WB finish? As we know uvcurable finish is bullet proof so I won't ask about that...

One trick that works, at least as a pre cleaning, is to hit the buff with a wheel rake and don't add more compound before your last pass. The cleaned wheel pulls the vast majority right off the surface and leaves very clean surface behind.

Yes, you can use this on those finishes.

It makes sense to clean the grit off the guitar. But what about the buffing wheels? there will be some residual left in those. Are you hitting it with a rake, changing wheels or????
