I just learned AlaskaWoods.com is not accessible as of this morning 6/12/2017 70% of our sales are through AlaskaWoods.com, so this is a serious situation. Trying to reach the Domain Host, a company in UK that is also the owner of our online store software. Anyway, when going to alaskawoods.com, you will see Bandwidth Limit Exceeded. We are still here, and plan to be for decades to come. As I try to reach the web page host and search for other ways by contact numbers and email addresses. I find the RG Networks was a limited liability company dissolved in 2013. I don't know how long it will be before we can get our domain accessible and all. You might try some of the numbers listed below.. it does look like deltasecure.net is associated with your RG Networks company.. Yep, thanks Kerry, That is some of Dicks contact info and I had been in relatively frequent contact with him until about 18-24 months ago. Since not much at all, just auto-pay the monthly hosting fee to their PayPal account. I was talking to support of the Registrar of our domain and find yet another couple company names involved with the hosting. Deltasecure.com as the DNS servers and a Pulsant.com that may now own the delta secure. I'm not sure, it's what Network solutions the registrar told me. It's quite scary..The world comes to our little Alaska island in the Pacific Northwest Wilderness only by our webpage and Google..., we get orders everyday from somewhere in the world and now with this, there aren't even any crickets making noises. Corporate listing in UK have RG Networks as voluntarily dissolved as of 8/14. Meanwhile I'm doing what I can to let as many folks know that we are still here and we can still ship product from our thousands of soundboard products. |

Luckily you have control of your domain. If you have backups it easy to move the site and the database. I faced this with a hoster for a website I managed. They just disappeared. Good luck. |

We're back. Dick spent 3 hours restoring a backup from a couple days ago. Musta been a hacker or bot, or multiple, attacking the server and in our domain with over 80 gigs of data uploaded and downloaded, and infected files deposited in the back end of the blog. Geez, the world we live in today! |
