Hi all,

I'm using a commercial Drizair 1200 dehumidifier and a Dayton humidistat. I've also got one of the Abbeon hygrometers. The humidistat is about a foot down from the ceiling as is the hygrometer. The humidistat is simply there because that is were to outlet is. The hygrometer is about 20' away in my wood storage area. Are there any reasons anyone can think of that this agangment wouldn't be just fine?

Thanks, Michael

No and I'll bet that you nailed it and that your system will do a great job. Having the ability to wet bulb test will tell you for sure how well it's doing and how accurate the humidistat and the Abbeon are.

Good going - I've been going on the nut on this forum for 10 years now trying to get folks to understand that RH is important and that hygrometers, nearly all of them suck and lie.

This is the first post in my memory where someone actually is putting a solution in place that will likely do a very good job for you..

Good going Michael!!!!
