I will be staining a Dread with Sapele back and sides , sitka top...I use Ca to install bindings on my builds and was wondering if the ca will affect the stain??? I always use a good coat of shellac before ca' ing ... |

Good tight fitting joints and you should be fine. Leave a gap, try and fill it with CA, and it'll stick out like a black eye on your grandmother. |
