That's right, the person who makes the very last post on the old OLF before the forum is locked down for the database transfer wins a brand new custom made Kragenbrink guitar in the winner's choice of body style and construction materials!

The fine print:
Except where prohibited, Participants in the Contest agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any benefits received, or the administration of the Contest not resolved through internal adjudication shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration, to take place in the State of Atlantis pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Contest and in no event shall Participant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will a Participant be permitted to obtain awards for and Participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participant in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States of America and the State of Atlantis, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of any jurisdiction, and subject to resolution only in the Deep Six Country, State of Atlantis, United States. By entry and participation in the Contest, Participants agree that the Deep Six County, State of Atlantis, United State of America will be the exclusive forum for any formal dispute resolution. The winner is responsible for communicating their desired choice of body style and construction materials, as well as transferring the appropriate funds in full into Lance Kragenbrink's bank account as set forth in the retail guitar pricing guidelines at Kragenbrink Guitars.

Good luck, everyone! Start posting!

Dennis

No Kirby, it says you have to give Lance money (a gift I would think) in return for winning a guitar
