More kudos for StewMac. I had ordered a set of Gotoh mini 510 last July. I just opened the package to find two washers missing. I submitted the request for help on the contact page on Monday afternoon. This morning I got an email letting me know the missing washers were on the way. Order from last July!!

Check out those ziricote buttons from Charis instruments though!!
