Where do you get your dental bits, Dave?

I buy mine from Lasko Diamond. I've been running them in an NSK Presto high speed handpiece.

Dave do you use your NSK to cut fret slots too?

If so, are you using dental burs?

I don't use the NSK for fret slots--I use the Precise Bits fretslot cutters in my Colombo spindle for those. The issue that you can run into with the NSK and the dental burs is that it's really easy to end up burning the wood since it spins so fast. It works fine on wood, but cutting shell is my main use for the NSK.
