I haven’t documented any builds lately so I thought maybe I will this one so people can learn from my mistakes:)
OM body 14 fret. Normal scale and such
Sitka spruce - white limba - flame maple binding w no purfling - African hog neck -
Here are the parts:) cut out and learning to get along

Well I had a setback. While cutting the Sh the top slipped and cut it wrong. Hmmm it was a nice top but I’ll need to do it again:/

And glued up w a little extra modern thinggi

What you see isn’t super glue don’t worry. It’s actually shellac. I had some very minor gaps in a few places so I use shellac like a super glue and dust fill. Works good. Doesn’t wick have everywhere under the sun! Sands off level easily and sticks to whatever sanding sealer comes later
