Two things I am looking for. An auto tank drainer, and point of use regulator/filter/desiccant dryer. I’ve already installed all the blue hose for distribution. I will be able to drain to outside of shop. Thoughts and recommendations appreciated. -mike

I've had a couple of 60 and 80 gallon compressors. The auto drain is a cute idea, but the only one I had didn't last long. It is just 1 more electric thing to cause trouble. There really is no issue with manual draining. Does not need to be done every day. I probably do it every 3 or 4 days, or when I remember. Point of use regulators are easily found on eBay or Amazon. Don't need to spend a lot. They all seem to work in my experience. I have a cheap one that is set for 125lbs and it has been going for years, and lasted longer than my last compressor. Biggest difference between regulators seems to me to be ease of adjustment. However, you hardly ever change the pressure on them, so not really too much of an issue.That flexible blue hose can be a real pain. Easily tangles, and if you step on it, it cracks. New fittings can be found on Amazon. Best way to handle it, IMO, is to keep it rolled up on a wall mounted reel. Inspite of the issues, it is my favorite hose for use with my air sanders. DO NOT use it for air lines that you might leave under pressure when you are not around. My blue hoses have blown out a number of times for no particular reason. Plenty of air is a great thing to have. Enjoy!-Bob
