My suggestion would be to get a set of "size 1" plans and draw a line 3/8ths of an inch inside of the plan view and then follow the other specs given here for the rest of the dimensions ( You may have to make very minor alterations to the soundhole location and bracing, but so did Martin over the years). That will get you pretty close. The Ted Davis size 1 plan available from the Guild of American Luthiers seems to get good reviews.

Oh, interesting. I was looking for steel, but now I'm intrigued about a nylon version. Both? I mean, the bracing is the only difference, right? Eat Drink

the gut is 1/4 in fan
