Beautiful! I bet it's a thrill to play it.

Oh yeah, going to have some fun with this thing. IF I can figure out how to play one of these! :D

Great looking guitar and congratulations on getting it to completion! Nice clean work. I really like the ash neck. What does the bridge look like?

Forgot to include a pic of that. Here I think it turned out real nice, other than I made the entrance chamfers a touch rough. But they hardly show on the finished bridge, and it works fine. This wood had some beautiful grain!

very, very nice first build or any build for that matter... What's next?

No. 2 is in the works! Actually, I was building two at the same time. I read that was not such a good idea, but I did get lots of experience! Anyway, the box is done, need to finish carving the neck, make the fret board, and go from there. But since I never put any finish on it, it will go much faster! And, it has some unique features to hide some mistakes. Got a bit creative with that one, no one will ever know! [:Y:]

Well done!! How does it sound??

I think it sounds good! OF course, I may be a bit biased. :D
Working on a sound clip, hope to have it up in a few days. To me, the sound is bright, not as deep as a larger box but fairly even across the strings, which is good.

Wow, Phil! That is one gorgeous guitar! [clap] It's so beautiful, I'll bet it plays itself.
