I just wanted to give a shout out to Brent Cole and Alaska Specialty Woods for sending me such great wood.

I ordered a bunch of stuff (archtop set, flattop sets) and the wood is incredible

The shipment was at my door within 5 days from when I ordered it-Alaska to NY!


I ordered a back and side set of Fiddleback Honduran Mahogany from Hibdon Hardwood.

Wow! it's one of the nicest sets I have ever seen.

Again, they are a pleasure to do business with.

They are both great tonewood sellers. Hibdon is easy to deal with and Brent is pleasant and knowledgable about topwood.

It's getting a bit better, Dan. Only about 30% exchange now. [headinwall] It's the shipping from the US to Canada that's a killer - $50+USD for a back and side set.
