I always wait overnight / 12 hours minimum with fish glue - and sometimes the extra residue will has a slightly tacky feel to it.

From my limited experience - don't rush it.

Depends on humidity ,shop temp, etc winter 4 -8-12 hrs, summer 2-4hrs-8, DO some experiments and time it, then try to disassemble it and see if it holds together. I also use a heat lamp in winter.

I'm with the 12 hours crowd. There can be some locked in stress in the bindings if they weren't bent perfectly (and I've never bent mine perfect!)
