It will be interesting to see if the new software will make everthing look different. I know the edit button won't be able to improve my spelling, that will only help if we get spell checker. I'll miss the old site, but can't wait for the new.

Michael, this will be interesting seeing the new software come online.

I shudder when I think of some of the past revelations that I had to learn new software and put up with it's differences. Hopefully this will be good.

Goodby old WEB wiz, you've been good to us! And besides, all of us swap meet sellers got a free ride for a month there, oh that was SWEET! Edit, edit....

Ya'll excuse me I've got to go get something done to put up on the next "What's on your workbench" thread!

See ya on the other side Michael.

I have always wondered why you don't use Firefox with a built in speeel checker?  Maybe it's time for an upgrade of the software at our ends too?

Michael, you'll have to really edit fast, or I'll be all over you on Free Typing Lessons!

Peter, if you use Firefox you have a Spell Checker.

Truth is I have a speeel (HaHa Hesh) checker I use most of time but working and forum messaging at the same time is my downfall. Besides my company would not let me use FireFox. Heck it is like tooth pulling to get admin rights to install Autocad up dates on our network every 3 months. the network guys are sort of (expletive deleted) about installing something new that they don't have control over. Heck they can't understand why we need Autocad in the first place. The think, "After all Paintbrush comes with Windows can't y'all draw with that?

Michael that explains it and those same admin guys seem to get around to a lot of companies......  The admin nazis.......

I always thought that the speeeling mistakes that you made were because it is your nature to jump right in and help people on a seconds notice.  And that it the important part bro - thanks for being just as you are!!!

Well, if the IT Wardens won't let you install Firefox (a better browser, IMO, than IE), they probably won't let you download and install Spell Checker for IE, but here's one just in case.

I'm most excited to say goodbye to the old forum lag time. Adios, lag lime!

Dennis

use the newest version of firefox (v2.x) as it has an internal spell checker that underlines misspelled words in red

How many of you guys remember the software before this    This new forum software was killer great compared to its predecessor, and actually still is for a small forum.

Out with the old, in with the new.....again
